The Price of Freedom was a Red Dawn-inspired RPG from West End Games in which the players are guerillas in a Soviet-occupied 1980’s America. It didn’t do very well, and as far as I know, is not available (legally) as a PDF.
I wasn’t really a big fan of it, but I have wasted a whole day to create a fillable PDF character sheet for it. I’ve made a black & white and color version. You can click in the upper right hand corner to import a character image.
