DoubleZero is a modern action RPG from Dancing Light Press.
It’s a percentile system inspired by the old James Bond RPG from the 80s, but the rules are closer to BRP/GORE. Here’s a thread on the Basic Roleplaying forum that goes into a little more detail. There’s a free SRD on Dancing Light’s site that has the basic rules.
It comes with a PDF character sheet. I’m planning on making my own version at some point, but for now, I’ve made a fillable version of the original. It will auto-calculate the target numbers automatically.
