Chaosium recently re-released Beyond the Mountains of Madness, their adventure for the 6th edition of Call of Cthulhu. They also released a player handout and character sheet pack over on their itch site. (I just learned today that Chaosium has a itch.io site). It has a custom 6th Edition character sheet specifically for use with this adventure.
I’ve taken their character sheet and made it fillable. I’ve also included a version that includes a second page with a table tent. It’ll fill in the character and player name from the first page. I’ve added this to my master list of character sheets.
